Not happy with this hotel. Too pricey, extra taxes (?) added to bill.

Look out! They agree to one charge and then add a
mandatory hotel fee once you're there.

Good hotel in Mexico City, great location. The only bad thing is that at check out time they charged me a 20 dollars per night internet fee. This fee was not for using the internet at the hotel.

Very nice, comfortable hotel in the beautiful Polanco neighborhood in Mexico City. Perfect for the weary business traveler.

Great location with breathtaking views of city and park. The rooms are clean with flat screen TVs. The bedding was upscale, but the bed was hard.
Hotel tries to rip you off at every turn. $18/night hotel fee for use of internet, local calls, things that should be free. There is a seating fee at the restaurants. Fine hotel, but horrible customer experience. ...read more
